Howdy all.. quick reminder and some news:

SATURDAY 13th August
After Dark and Midian join forces on the same evening in the same
venue! Yep, the darkest party now runs alongside the Merseyside goth
night in two floors of fun and frolics :)

w/ request-friendly DJs carrion and Psychomagnet, plus new resident
and birthday boy Yanni Oblivion

9pm-2am


Midian hosts:
The Merseyside goth night is in the Black Room
goth both old and new*darkwave*industrial*batcave*EBM*post
punk*electro plus other dark gems..
Plus films/music vids on the big screen

After Dark hosts:
Dark party music in the main room.
Dark indie*goth rock*new wave*old school industrial*sp00ky kid*riot
grrl* goth and alternative, and anything and everything in between..



Entry is £1 before 10pm, and £3 after, and gains you entry to both
floors of fun :)

We really need your support on this one, as we have the potential to
even go twice monthly at this venue, if the night is a success..

Hex is a 600+ capacity venue providing two dancefloors, well
equipped bars (inc themed inhouse cocktails!), large, clean toilets,
large chillout foyer area, kitchen providing snacks and meals,
cloakroom, pool table and dancing cages.

There are also good links with local and national transport, with
Birkenhead Central train station, Birkenhead Bus station, black and
private hire taxi ranks all being less than 5 mins from the venue.
There is also extensive parking in the area.

We now have a minibus service running from directly outside the
venue into Liverpool City Centre
Fee is £3, payable to Jason before boarding the bus.
Journeys will run on a half-hourly basis from 1.30am onwards ie, as
follows:
1.30am
2.00am
2.30am
3.00am
Each bus will leave promptly at the given times.
If there is still a demand for more services after 3am, these will
continue as long as demand allows. We need each trip to be as full
as possible to make it worthwhile. Each journey will carry 16 peeps.
Journey will be between Hex to just nr the Bus gyratary in Liverpool
City Centre. PLEASE NOTE: This is the only route that the bus will
take, in order to allow for quick turnaround time. Each journey
should take between 15-20 mins.

Obviously, there is a need for safety and security reasons, for all
travellers to abide by some simple rules.
1/No alcohol/ smoking allowed on the bus at any time
2/If you're sick, or damage the vehicle in any way, you will be
subject to a cleaning /repair charge. This may also seriously affect
the continuation of this service on future events.
3/All payments to be made BEFORE getting on the bus.
4/Any violence will result in removal from the vehicle as soon as
possible. This also could affect if we decide to continue this
service in future.

These are just basic rules to make it a pleasant journey for all
concerned. This is a trial run of this service. Use it or lose it!!
